30-day returns

If you change your mind, contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order to request a return. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and address.

You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. Please return it with its parts, accessories and packaging where possible, and protect it during transit. Any deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and functioning will only be made where the law allows it. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Starting a return

Email contact@pivolitoys.com before sending an item. Do not send it to the registered business address or an address on the parcel without checking the return instructions. Keep proof of postage.

Return postage

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost. If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate solution and cover reasonable return costs where required. A photo or short description helps us understand the problem.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method. We process an eligible refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, as applicable. We refund the standard outbound delivery charge where required; any additional cost of an upgraded delivery service is not refundable for a change-of-mind return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Faulty or incorrect items

The 30-day change-of-mind period does not limit your legal rights if goods are faulty, unsafe or not as described. Contact us with your order details for help with a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us promptly if you want to cancel or change an order. We will check whether it can still be changed before dispatch. If it has already been sent, the return process applies. For a different product or variant, contact us about returning the original item and placing a new order.
